An international team of architects, designers and consultants from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kemerovo and London worked on the creation of the boutique hotel. During the design process, special attention was paid not only to aesthetics, but also to the functionality of the space, the comfort of the rooms and the logic of the guest route.

Initially, the concept was based on a synthesis of the cultures of the East and the West, but in the final version, the central theme was travel as a state — calm, meaningful and filled with details.

The architecture of the complex emphasizes the status of the 4-star hotel. The exterior uses hand-molded facade bricks, elements of Kaslin casting on the balconies and a folded roof. Natural stone and wood are used in the decoration, which creates a feeling of solidity and comfort.

The interiors of the hotel are designed in a restrained, noble style, where the design does not distract from relaxation, but enhances the feeling of privacy and comfort.

The boutique hotel has 26 rooms, each named after the cities of the Great Silk Road: Venice, Constantinople, Samarkand, Baghdad and others.

Guests can choose from standard or superior categories, as well as spacious duplex rooms. Each of them is suitable for a comfortable stay in Irkutsk and is equipped with everything necessary for rest and work.

The hotel offers duplex studio rooms with skylights and a kitchenette. These rooms are suitable for family accommodation and can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

The philosophy of Silk Road is formulated in the slogan "Come back!". This is not just an invitation, but a reflection of the approach to service, atmosphere and interaction with guests.
