About Us
The concept of the complex is to unite several premium destinations within a single architectural space and create a new point of attraction in the developing city center. The project is conceived as an integrated environment where comfort, gastronomy, art and relaxation complement each other, offering guests a complete and refined experience.
Today, the complex includes a boutique hotel and spa, the Italian wine restaurant Bel Viaggi, the cocktail and distillery bar “Stranniki”, and an art shop with a carefully curated collection. Each element functions as an independent service while remaining an integral part of the overall concept.
